If you have entered the incorrect details for an order or missed something please let us know. We tend to send orders out the next working day so please let us know as soon as you can.

Our standard shipping is dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 2 weeks then please get in touch. It is only then that we can consider it lost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your order has been placed, it can take up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched due to the personalisation process.

We are required to deliver your Personalised product to the exact text that you provide and therefore cannot take responsibility for any errors that you make in your choice of text, grammar, capitalisation and punctuation. Please ensure that you proof-check and edit your required text carefully before checkout. Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We always ensure your orders are packaged with great care and attention and leave our studio in perfect condition. However, if there is anything we missed or there is any damage to your items please do let us know and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
